What to expect from your first appointment
1. After the booking process, you will receive a confirmation email with the time and date of your appointment.
2. Your appointment will be either in our clinic based in Lido Medical Centre or through Telehealth. For Telehealth appointments, a secure video call link will be emailed to you before the time of your appointment.
3. Our Windsor doctors will have access to your medical history with your consent along with a record of your conditions and previous treatments. All you need to provide is a form of photographic ID.
4. You and your doctor will discuss your condition, symptoms and how it affects your daily life. From there, your doctor will work with you to find the best course of treatment. They will discuss with you what your medication will be, what it will look like, how to administer it and answer any questions you might have.

As an independent practice, our patients will have access to all medical cannabis mediation, along with giving a patient the ability to have their prescription dispensed at Reid’s, Roseville, Delta9 or Little Grove with free repeat prescription fees.
